Orders, Processing & Delivery
All orders depend on product availability. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to offer a replacement, refund, or the option to wait for restock.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Payment for shipping is collected with your purchase and is final.
Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares, packs, and processes it within 2–3 business days after payment.
Delivery address changes can only be made before dispatch.
Once the parcel is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow its progress.
If your order arrives damaged or with an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
Send clear photos of the product and packaging via email or our contact form.
After review, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
Orders can be canceled before they are prepared.
Once the order has been packed, cancellation is no longer possible, though returns may be arranged under our Return Policy.
All parcels are insured against loss or damage. Refunds or replacements are processed as soon as courier confirmation is received.

Payment & Booking
To confirm your booking, full payment is required.
Our team has been creating artistic event décor for over ten years and has designed thousands of installations.
To maintain competitive prices and minimize administrative costs, we do not divide invoices into multiple payments.
We take pride in our reliability and responsiveness — we never disappear, never “no-show,” and always stay in contact with our clients throughout every stage of planning and setup.
Each event is treated with dedication and care — your celebration becomes part of our creative story.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel your project more than five days before your event, we will refund 50% of your payment.
If you choose to reschedule more than five days in advance, and our team can accommodate your new date, your remaining balance will be applied to the rescheduled event (if it takes place within two months of the original date).
If you cancel less than five days before the event, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
If Bloom & Arc must ever cancel a project from our side (which has never happened in our history), you will receive a full refund.
Balloon Décor, Weather & Adjustments
Weather and extreme temperatures can affect balloon installations.
We use only premium materials and the highest level of craftsmanship, yet balloons are sensitive to heat, cold, wind, and direct sunlight.
Outdoor installations are especially vulnerable, and while we always do our best to protect them, we cannot guarantee longevity under certain weather conditions.
However, when kept indoors in a climate-controlled space, balloon designs can last for weeks.
After booking, any changes such as design colors, size, installation time, or venue location may result in additional project costs.
We’ll always communicate openly and do our best to accommodate reasonable changes smoothly.
Damage, Responsibility & Equipment
If any part of a balloon installation is intentionally or accidentally damaged by guests, children, or others, additional repair or replacement fees may apply.
Some installations include backdrops, stands, neon signs, or structural elements that remain property of our studio.
If such equipment is damaged due to negligence or mishandling, replacement costs will be billed at value.
Safety is always our top priority.
If a project ever becomes unsafe for our team, you, or your guests, we reserve the right to pause the setup and discuss solutions.
If a safe resolution cannot be reached, 50% of the project cost will be refunded, and work will be discontinued.
Artistic Rights & Photography
As artists, we love to share our balloon art through photos and videos to showcase the beauty of our work.
By working with Bloom & Arc, you grant us permission to photograph and use images of our installations for marketing and portfolio purposes.
If you prefer that your name, company, or venue not be mentioned, simply let us know in writing — we will fully respect your request.
You may also request that any proprietary or private materials not appear in our photos, and we will edit accordingly.
Each balloon design is a unique piece of art.
Sketches, mood boards, and mock-ups are visual guides — the final creation may vary slightly in form or color, as every project is handmade and artistic in nature.
We always strive to stay true to your approved concept and bring your vision to life with creativity and precision.
Agreement
These terms represent the complete understanding between you and Bloom & Arc, replacing any previous agreements.
